Renters must be at least 18 years old. Please share your Aadhaar card and one government-issued or accepted address proof through our official WhatsApp before booking confirmation. Accepted address proofs include an electricity bill, rental agreement or gas bill. The address must match the delivery location, or your residential address for self pickup. The person providing the documents must be the person collecting and returning the equipment, unless an alternative is approved in advance.

What can I rent?

How do I confirm my booking?
A 50% advance of the agreed rental amount is required to confirm a booking after availability and document verification. Pay the remaining 50% when you receive the equipment. For consoles, the carry-case lock code is shared after the balance is received. No security deposit is required. Event-specific arrangements, if any, must be agreed in writing before confirmation.

Can I cancel my booking?
Advance payments are non-refundable. If you cancel, your advance remains available as credit towards your next booking, with no expiry date. Future bookings, package changes and extensions are subject to availability and approval. The credit is applied towards the amount due for the next confirmed booking.
What if I return late or need an extension?
A grace period of up to 3 hours applies to late returns. Beyond 3 hours, a full additional rental day will be charged at the applicable rate and the rental duration extended accordingly. Contact us before your return time if an extension is needed. Extensions require confirmation and depend on availability.
